RBL Bank selects Accenture for its Digital Transformation journey

Mumbai based RBL Bank has now signed a deal with the Accenture for its digital transformation journey.

RBL Bank, which is previously known by the name as Ratnakar Bank Limited is a private commercial bank headquartered in Maharashtra, India. The bank offers various services across India with the number of branches, mobile banking, and net banking facilities.

Sankarson Banerjee, RBL Bank’s CIO, said, "RBL Bank’s engagement with Accenture is designed to achieve strategic outcomes that support our vision of being a futuristic, digital bank. In collaboration with Accenture, we aim to create an even more agile organization with a robust culture of innovation."

As a part of the deal, Accenture will help the RBL Bank to upgrade its IT systems to improve operational efficiency.

Accenture will also going to modernize, consolidate, streamline, and automate key business processes such as compliance, sales, finance, and human resources for the RBL Bank.

Apart from that, Accenture also said that it would build a technology backbone for the bank by utilizing DevOps and agile methodologies. Thus, allowing for the continuous and seamless rollout of new capabilities and solutions.
