Wipro to acquire European Salesforce multi-cloud partner 4C for €68 million

Wipro is now set to acquire a European Salesforce multi-cloud partner 4C for €68 million.

4C, founded in the year 1997, is based out of Belgium. The company has its operations in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Reported revenue is €32 million for the financial year ending 31st of January 2020.

The company has more than 500 customers, 350 employees, and has completed more than 1500 projects till its inception.

Wipro's 4C acquisition

Salesforce offers a cloud-based customer relationship management software for large enterprises. According to the Wipro, 4C has deep expertise in Quote to Cash, a process that encompasses sales, order fulfillment, account management, billing, and accounts receivables functions.

Wipro revealed that the acquisition would strengthen its position as a leading provider of the Salesforce solutions in these markets.

With the Appirio acquisition in 2016, Wipro company has Salesforce business in Japan, Australia, and America, notes the announcement.
