Contextual Decision Intelligence startup Quantexa secured $64.7 Million Funding

Quantexa is a New York-based contextual decision intelligence software company, has now secured $64.7 million in Series C funding round.

Quantexa is founded by the Vishal Marria in the year 2016. It is a contextual decision intelligence software company that empowers organizations to drive decisions from their data. The company now has more than 250 employees and thousands of users working with billions of transactions and data points worldwide. It has its offices in Boston, New York, Singapore, Sydney, Toronto, London, and Melbourne.

The Evolution Equity Partners led the latest funding round. Other participating investors include existing investors such as Dawn Capital, HSBC, and AlbionVC and new investors British Patient Capital and ABN AMRO Ventures.

Post funding, Richard Seewald, Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners, will join as the Quantexa Board of Directors team.

The company, as of now, has plans to expand further into the APAC, North America and European territories and accelerate the product innovation roadmap, notes the announcement.
