AI Startup Pactum secured $3M in Seed Funding


Pactum, a California based AI-powered negotiation platform that enables global companies to automate commercial negotiations at scale, has now secured $3 million in seed funding.

Founded in 2019, Pactum offers an AI-based platform that enables global companies to automate commercial negotiations on a large scale and uncover hidden value in supplier contracts.

Executive Opinion

Martin Rand, Pactum CEO, said, "We’re happy to announce this round of funding, which will bring our technology to more enterprises that need it. Pactum latest funding

The company has its operations based out of Estonia. In September 2019, the company raised $1.15 Million in pre-seed funding to scale its operation.

The round was backed by Project A, with participation from DocuSign and some other existing investors.
