Tech Mahindra, Openet to offer Digital Transformation services to Communication Service Providers

Tech Mahindra has now partnered with the Openet for Digital Transformation Services. The partnership will cater to digital transformation services to communication service providers.

Irland based Openet offers digital business support system solutions across the globe. Openet also offers the most extensible, robust, and innovative service optimization software to communication and media service providers.

5G technology demands the upgradation of existing digital BSS systems. The upgradation is required in terms of allowing CSP to charge for 5G services, revenue management, policy controls, and incorporation of analytics to the systems, notes the announcement.

These solutions will aid communication service providers, who are preparing to create aware application networks and build new revenue lines in the 5G and Post COVID-19 era, noted the announcement.
