Cognizant acquires Virginia based Workday Cloud Partner, Collaborative Solutions

Cognizant has recently signed a deal to acquire finance and Human Resource, cloud service provider Collaborative Solutions. The financial terms of transactions were not disclosed.

Collaborative Solutions is founded in the year 2003, with its headquarter in Reston, Virginia, near Washington DC and has more than 1000 employees with its operations in Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Collaborative Solutions has a customer base of more than 800 companies, which ranges from firms with a team or 1000 to those with two lakhs employees across the 125 countries.

Cognizant's Collaborative Solutions Acquisition

Collaborative Solutions uses the Workday HR, finance, and student cloud capabilities, along with the lifecycle management tools, to offer services to enterprises and government in financial services, technology, healthcare, and education sectors.

The acquisition will enhance Cognizant's cloud services offerings with finance and HR advisory and implementation services, notes the announcement.

The deal is expected to close by the 30th of June.
