AI-based fintech solution provider Cleareye.ai acquires AIWare.ai
Cleareye.ai, a Los Angeles based AI-based fintech solutions provider, has now acquired AIWare.ai, as a part of its global expansion plans. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed as of now.
Cleareye.ai is founded in 2019. It provides AI-enabled services such as insight generation from data, consumer experience sensing, bionic processes for applications in the BFSI sector. Cleareye.ai offers products in regulatory, growth, and cost technologies.
AIWare.ai provides enterprise based quantum computing, distributed trust with Artificial Intelligence and blockchain solutions.

Cleareye.AI's acquisition of AIWare.ai
The acquired entity has been renamed by the name of Cleareye.ai India and will serve as the dedicated product development and research wing of the Cleareye.ai, notes the announcement.
As a part of a follow-up acquisition, India based office is now going to increase its strength size by 100 people in the latest technologies like AI, Data Science, ML, and Analytics.
