Zendesk has now partnered with the TCS to offer customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for large organizations.

The strategic partnership will combine the Zendesk engagement, support, and sales, software solutions together with TCS's technological expertise across industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail, and more, notes the announcement.

The custom experience of a brand is expected to surpass a product quality and price as the key differentiator. This offers TCS and Zendesk a great opportunity to benefit from each other expertise.

The partnership announcement comes with the Zendesk recent product launches, such as Sales Suite, Support Suite, and Sunshine, which enable service and sales teams to instantly connect with their customers all across the globe. Zendesk intends to leverage TCS’ deep contextual knowledge and experience in digital transformation, notes the announcement

Zendesk has a client base of more than 150000 customers across industries, including financial services, manufacturing, media, telecom, and retail. 

Last month, TCS also partnered with QIAGEN for Digital Transformation.
