Big Data and AI firm Advance.ai to expand in India with new office in Mumbai

Singapore based AI, and Big Data Company Advance.ai has opened their third office in Mumbai after establishing its offices in New Delhi and Bangalore, reports IBS Intelligence.

Founded in 2014, Advance.ai, is a fast-growing AI and Data Analytics startup with a focus on financial services, it offers credit scoring, facial recognition, anti-fraud detection, and AI as a Service to organizations.

The move intends to boost Advance.ai's eCommerce and financial technology businesses, notes the announcement.

Executive Opinion

The IBS Intelligence report noted a statement from Country Manager, ADVANCE.AI India, Charles Zhang, who said, "We’re excited to announce the expansion of our operations to the India market. Businesses across India are facing disruption in areas like digital banking, lending, payments, and risk management. Since 2019, we’ve rapidly scaled our capabilities and are already working with over 100 clients in India."

In the same report, he further added, "We’re confident we can bring our technology leadership and local market expertise to accelerate the digital capabilities of India’s banks, financial services, NBFCs, retail, and e-commerce companies. Our immediate focus is on hiring strong local talent and driving product innovation, which includes our recently-launched video KYC capability which is fully compliant with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, to better serve and empower our India-based customers."

Advance.ai Operations

Advance.ai flagship product, Guardian offer services such as online Know Your Customer verification, anti-fraud prevention, alternative credit scoring, enterprise process automation, and digital lending solutions.

The company already has its operations in the Asia Pacific regions including, Vietnam, Philippines, China, and Indonesia.

The company has also recorded a 400% growth in the enterprise clients and 350% a year growth in the API (Application Programme Interface), notes IBS Intelligence report.
