Tech Mahindra to Digitally Transform Ahlstrom-Munksjo

Tech Mahindra has signed a contract to build a digital transformation roadmap for the Ahlstrom-Munksjo using the SAP’s S/4 HANA platform.

SAP S/4HANA is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) business suite for large organizations. It is based on the SAP HANA in-memory database that helps in performing almost transactions and analyze business data in real-time.

Ahlstrom Munksjo is a global company that makes fiber-based products such as filters, abrasive backings, décor papers, release liners, and non-woven fabrics.

According to the announcement, this was one of the largest programs for SAP’s S/4HANA based ERP across the globe for business transformation and support.

The collaboration is a company-wide and part of a multi-year business platform renewal program to enable Ahlstrom-Munksjö 's long term success. Business transformation with an efficient, agile and advanced business platforms is the focus of this collaboration which will leverage SAP’s HANA technology, notes the announcement.
