Manthan Deploys Restaurant Analytics Solution Across 400+ Pizza Hut Outlets

Manthan has now deployed its Artificial Intelligence-powered restaurant analytics solution in more than 400 Pizza Hut outlets in the UK.

Founded in 2004, Bangalore headquartered Manthan is an AI analytics company that helps users across the industries analyze data and make guided decisions. The company works across the mobility, big data, and cloud computing sectors with more than 200 customers in 22 countries. Manthan has raised a total of $98.4M in funding over 8 rounds, according to CrunchBase.

With this deployment, Pizza Hut expects to boost its restaurant efficiency as well as revenue in the country.

Manthan's Restaurant Analytics Solution and Pizza Hut Business 

Pizza Hut identified and analyzed its challenges such as delayed reporting of business operations data and lack of insights about outlet operations. Based on these assessments, Pizza Hut has moved to Manthan's Restaurant Analytics solution powered by predictive algorithmic capabilities.

The Manthan revealed that the solution has been deployed in functions like marketing, sales, guest experience, operations, human resources, and planning as well. The solution will also facilitate data-driven decisions and allow for prompt course corrections while helping owners make informed business decisions.

Manthan collated all the Pizza Hut data from the legacy system to create a single course of truth while also offering easier access to operational and performance metrics for quicker analytical turnaround times, notes the announcement.
