Samsung Electronics Declares Age Of Experience At CES 2020

The most anticipated CES 2020 conference has started on the 7th of January, and the first few sessions themselves are bringing groundbreaking news.

Some of the exciting updates are coming from the Samsung Electronics as President and CEO HS Kim has revealed the “Age of Experience” at the opening keynotes at CES.

As per the announcement, this decade will witness unprecedented innovations from the South Korean giant. Moving out of the usual items such as home appliances, and smartphone, the company in the new decade, is on a mission to bring the AI aggressively, and broaden its business spectrum.

The "Age of Experience" devices are mainly built to improve both the personal and social life with the implementation of advanced intelligent robotics, 5G, AI, and edge computing.

The core element of this new vision is personal care. Samsung also has a unique vision and philosophy to innovate human-centered products, and they are to solve people's problems and elevate their life.

At the time of the session, Kim revealed Samsung's vision of robots as ‘life companions and introduced its first robot named 'Ballie'. This upcoming rolling robot is even much more capable of understanding support, reacting, and helping human beings. The On-Device Artificial Intelligence capabilities with Ballie will stand as a fitness assistant as well as a mobile interface.

The sessions also emphasized the importance of data and declared that the inventions would be entirely focusing on three elements: privacy & security, citizenship, and technology for food.
