AI powered Voice Customer Service, Observe.AI, secured $26 Million

Observe.ai has now secured $26 million in the latest Series A funding round.

Scale Ventures Partners led the latest investment round. Other participants in the round include Emergent Ventures, Hedge Fund SteadView Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.

Founded in 2017, San Francisco based Observe.AI has raised a total of $34.3M in over 4 funding rounds including the latest funding round, according to CrunchBase.

Executive Opinion

CEO and co-founder of Observe.AI, Swapnil Jain, said, "Legacy speech analytics systems are simply not meeting the needs of the world's top brands. Today's customer service agents have a unique ability to connect with customers emotionally and are often a brand's only frontline representatives. This investment will fuel our mission to elevate agent performance through AI-based coaching and insights."

Partner at Scale Venture Partners, Andy Vitus, said, "Observe.AI is already disrupting the $300 billion voice customer service market by rethinking how agents are coached and the way top brands provide personalized customer experiences.”

The plans to leverage the latest funding to hire talent and accelerate product development, notes the announcement.

Moreover, Observe.ai has been accepted into the Microsoft for the Startups program,  Microsoft customers can onboard Observe.ai platform with the help of the Azure marketplace.

The announcement noted that the Company has partnered with Microsoft, Talkdesk, ERCBPO, and itelBPO. Also, Observe.ai has 100 customers including
TripAdvisor, Concentrix, ClearMe, and Root Insurance.
