SAP and Verizon tie-up for IoT Analytics Solutions
At Mobile World Congress Americas, LA, SAP, and Verizon announced their collaboration to leverage 5G, software-defined networking (SDN) and its Intelligent Edge Network capabilities.
Enterprises are trying to uncover the benefits of IoT and related technologies to unlock new business models. In the IoT ecosystem, it is essential to process device data generated at the device location itself to save time and increase performance in making business decisions. This increases the overall productivity of the enterprise.
SAP's collaboration with Verizon is aiming for the same goals of identifying monetization strategies and devising new business models by leveraging edge computing.
