TCS expands partnership with Norway's Posten Norge


Tata Consultancy Services announced a partnership with the Nordic Postal and Logistics Group, Posten Norge to improve the customer experience and enable product innovation.

Posten Norge, which has had a partnership with the TCS since the year 2013, revealed that TCS will build a digital stack that will help the Posten Norge with the product innovation.

According to the announcement, TCS will also Nordic Postal and Logistics Group to adopt Agile Practices and Drive Automation.

CIO, Posten Norge AS, Arne Erik Berntzen, said, "Through our renewed and expanded partnership with TCS, Posten will be able to adopt new modern technologies and working methods and ultimately provide a first-class service to all of our customers."

We are pleased to expand our relationship to create a strong digital foundation to support Posten’s strategy of a customer-oriented, simplified and profitable business."

TCS expansion & its Posten Norge Partnership 

The partnership expansion now will focus on developing intelligent, modern, and automated solutions in the areas of mail, logistics, and communications.

TCS will also help the Posten Norge to adopt the modern, agile working methods and drive automation.

TCS has been expanding its presence in Europe. In the month of June this year, the company announced PAN Europe talent program to help graduate trainees accelerate their careers.

The program called Grow@TCS first started in Germany in 2017, and then later rolled out in the Hungary and Netherland in 2018. The program consists of an onboarding period in the respective home countries with the workshops on the soft skills and some of the working across the different cultures.

As a part of this program, participants then travel to India, where they will undergo account and industry-specific training and gain some of the experience at the TCS offshore delivery centers at locations such as the Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, and Delhi.

Previously, TCS has also partnered with Google Cloud to build industry-specific cloud solutions to help clients accelerate digital transformation and improve customer experiances.
