Accenture implements integrated digital platform for Radisson

Accenture announced the implementation of a cloud-based integrated digital platform for the Radisson Hotel Group.

Radisson Hotel Group is one of the world largest chain of hotels with eight distinctive hotel brands across the globe.

As a part of the implementation of the digital platform, Accenture developed a customer relationship management platform and a mobile application. With the help of such a scalable system, Radisson will help the owners and franchisees to do business with the hotel group, the announcement notes.

Radisson Hotel Group president, Americas, Ken Greene,  said, "We continue to look at all the investments we are making through the lens of our owners and franchisees, and this new platform allows us to dramatically standardize, digitize and automate our owner, franchisee, and global sales engagement model. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Accenture to improve efficiencies across the company and fuel our future growth plans."

Accenture managing director for Products Technology Consulting, Michael Schmaltz,  said, "Radisson Hotel Group understands that in today’s digitally disruptive environment, the needs and expectations of owners and franchisees are constantly evolving. The Salesforce-based integrated solution we’ve developed for Radisson Hotel Group will enable our stakeholders to take advantage of existing data assets for improved efficiency and performance, and greater franchise owner satisfaction."

More about the Radisson and Accenture Digitization

The cloud-based solution is being implemented across the company American’s portfolio. The CRM portfolio will help to drive sales growth and ensure efficient and standardized operations, the announcement says.

Accenture has also helped the Radisson to develop an owner/management facing website, "Community by Radisson Hotel Group". The website offers an interface to improve owner and franchisee experience.

The portal was developed on the Salesforce Community Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud. It helps the owners and franchisees respond to sales opportunities and lower down the operational costs.

Radisson has seven hotel brands and more than 1500 hotels in operation and under development across the globe.
