Capgemini launches new AI services based on Microsoft Azure

Capgemini recently announced the launch of new AI (Artificial Intelligence) services. These new AI services are based on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

As of now, Capgemini is offering AI Engineering for production-grade Data and AI platforms, AI for Operations Intelligence and AI for Customer Experience, notes the announcement.

Capgemini is consulting, technology and digital transformation services company.

Capgemini's AI  (Artificial Intelligence) Engineering services intends to help businesses modernize their data, data-centric reference architectures, and AI platforms. AI Engineering will help turn data into actionable insights for applications and end-users of their customers.

Capgemini provides Intelligent Operations Platform (IOP). The platform can scale up manufacturing and operations intelligence. This helps in improving overall visibility, predictability, and adaptability in the manufacturing environment. Capgemini also plans to help manufacturers with their AI for Operations Intelligence using Azure IoT (Internet of Things).

Capgemini’s AI in Customer Experience (CX) services leverage Azure AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 for Sales, Market Insights, Customer Service. Microsoft's Azure Bot Framework is also utilized to increase revenues, resolve issues faster, reduce contacts volumes and complaints, as well as improve end-user customer loyalty, engagement, and overall satisfaction, notes the announcement.
