Wipro partners with Moogsoft for Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)

Wipro announced their partnership with Moogsoft to deliver next-generation AIOps, artificial intelligence for IT operations.

The Moogsoft AIOps platform leverages a number of machine learning algorithms. It uses Moogsoft's patented machine learning algorithms to deal with large volumes of complex data. Last month Moogsoft released their AIOps platform release 7.2.

The announcement said that Wipro’s AI and Automation platform, Wipro HOLMES, in partnership with Moogsoft, enables end-to-end capabilities in AIOps transformation. In March 2019, Wipro launched their Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions, Wipro HOLMES, targetted towards governing critical supply chain processes.

Wipro HOLMES Machine Learning for Accounts Payable Auditor, Wipro HOLMES E-KYC and Wipro HOLMES Machine Learning for Contract solutions leverage AI and ML services from AWS cloud platform. These AI enabled solutions drive operational efficiency, productivity and superior customer experience for enterprise clients.

The latest partnership between Wipro and Moogsoft enables will improve the business availability of IT through unified alert management, root cause analysis, proactive anomaly detection and predictive capabilities, says the announcement.
