Wipro launches AWS Business Group (WABG)

Wipro on Monday announced the launch of AWS Business Group (WABG) for their AWS cloud platform customers.

AWS Business Group (WABG) is a Wipro unit targetted towards customers to fast-track their cloud transformation journey on AWS cloud platform.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing, AWS, Matt Garman, "By establishing the Wipro AWS Business Group, we are taking an important step forward in the long-standing relationship between the two companies. This business group will empower clients to rapidly achieve the benefits of moving to AWS, eliminate the undifferentiated heavy lifting of managing their IT infrastructure, and instead focus on their core business."

Wipro and AWS recently collaborated for cloud solutions implementations at Wabtec. This collaboration laid the foundation of Wipro AWS Business Group (WABG), notes the announcement.

The Wipro AWS Business Group will have 10,000 plus AWS cloud certified consultants, specialized teams focusing on business development, talent creation, solution development, and delivery execution.

The collaboration will accelerate the cloud-transformation journey for clients willing to move to the AWS platform.
