Deloitte and Vlocity teamed together for digital transformation and 5G adoption in the media and entertainment industry.

Vlocity offers cloud-powered Media & Entertainment suite, GoMedia. The company will deliver cloud and mobile software while  Deloitte will offer end-to-end cloud and digital transformation services.

Vlocity Media & Entertainment suite will be leveraged to build and deliver new solutions for the media industry. It will help media companies to new products and improve subscriber experiences, notes the announcement.

Both companies are trying to leverage 5G wireless networks to serve subscribers across the entire lifecycle, from lead generation to fulfilment and service. Further, the offerings will try to deliver opti-channel content, services and products as a part of the digital commerce transformation strategy. These offerings will be based on data-driven, AI-enabled, self-serve and agent-assisted transaction processes.
