Weird text on Gmail Login page

Just tried to log into my Gmail account and login page has weird text displayed however it was still readable. Below is screenshot from my machine.

What could be the problem? Here is explanation from Gmail blog.

Yea, that's true. Some thing really weird happens. Infact I guess all the Vowels alphabets are skipped by some one... I'm also a programmer, so thinking might be they some body mistakenly block the Vowels...
